Year 9 Trip to Wembley

The Year 9s trip to Wembley Stadium was an unforgettable experience, where students were given the exciting opportunity to meet several inspiring women who work in different areas of the sports industry. After the networking session, students were taken on a behind-the-scenes tour of the iconic Wembley Stadium. Walking through the players’ tunnel and standing pitch-side was a surreal moment for our students. The day ended with a brilliant Q&A session with Rachel Yankey, one of England’s most celebrated footballers. She shared stories from her career and gave our students valuable advice about confidence, resilience, and chasing our goals.
