As part of our Personal Development programme at TFA, we welcomed Darren Gold from the Drugs Alert team. He used his personal experiences to educate our Year 9 and 10s on the risks surrounding drugs, smoking and vaping. Year 9 and 10 pupils said they found the session “really engaging and honest,” whilst making them “think twice about the choices they will make”. Pupils asked intelligent questions, as they learnt about the role of peer pressure and how to cope with such situations and access support.
