TFA Summer Fair 2025
On Saturday 28th June it was wonderful to open the doors of the school to our local community for our annual summer fair and fundraiser for Redbridge Foodbank. Hundreds of guests turned out in the sunshine to take part in the Art Auction and witness the talented musicians, dancers and actors in the pop-up performances organised by the Creative Arts team as part of Creative Arts week.
TFA’s Summer Fair was a vibrant celebration filled with fun and flavour for all ages. Particular highlights were also the bungee run, the bouncy castle, face-painting and Henna stalls and the Neurodivergence raising awareness stall.
Families flocked to enjoy delicious treats from the Crazy Ice Cream Van, the ever-popular Pizza Truck, and the tasty ‘Samosa Bites’ food truck, while the Essex Chock Shop served up irresistible brownies alongside a buzzing sweets stall. Laughter echoed across the playground as children played giant garden games like Connect 4, Jenga and Ring Toss, chased bubbles through the air, and tested their skills at Ring the Bell, Ping Pong Cup, Roll and Score, and the Guess the Sweets competition. With a lively raffle and prizes up for grabs, the day was packed with joyful moments and community spirit.
We were also joined by the Hainault Youth Centre team who brought very popular VR headsets with them for students to enjoy exploring, and three staff from the Redbridge Foodbank team to share the message of their mission and encourage volunteering and donations, so essential for the sustainability of their work.
Thank you to all staff and student volunteers, without whom none of it would have been possible! Looking forward to the Summer Fair 2026 already!
