Year 8 in 7-aside Tournament

The Year 8 Boys participated in a 7-aside tournament at Mayfield school this afternoon and came up against the likes of Ilford County, Mayfield and Chadwell Heath.

The boys were a player down for the entirety of the tournament but worked hard for each other and displayed good attitude and teamwork.

TFA were defeated 5-0 by Ilford County, 2-0 by Mayfield and 1-0 by Chadwell Heath. The team were unfortunate not to score in these games.

Player of the tournament was Captain Samuel Appiah, who displayed good leadership from defence.
